To make a booking request, complete the form and then press "submit" to email to our bookings administrator.

Please be as detailed as possible about:

• the nature of the event,

• number of attendees, and

• the facilities you would like to use, e.g., which rooms, bouncy castle insurance, alcohol licence, etc.

In submitting a booking request and paying the hire fee, you are confirming you have read agree to the Terms and Conditions.

 

All bookings are at the sole discretion of the Management Committee.
