Hire Charges - 2024

We prefer to discuss specific requirements with potential hirers. 

 

The rates below are indicative and are for a single hire by a non-local (i.e. non-Corsley) private (non-commercial) hirer.

​​Discounts are given to local (Corsley Parish) residents and organisations and to long-term/regular hirers.

​

​The below are indicative rates for non-Corsley, one-off, personal hires:

​​

• Half day hire of whole building (4 hours) £40

• All day hire of whole building (until 6pm): £70

• Whole building for evening: £70

• Childrens party (daytime –any 4 hours): £40

​

​A small committee room is also available in the above rates, or may be hired on its own with minimum charge for single event of £20 for up to 3 hours.

​​

Times booked/contracted are to include setup and clear up times.

​

Additional charges may be made for use of some facilities e.g., our (alcohol) licence, personal liability insurance bouncy castle insurance, etc. 

​

Rates for commercial organisations are higher.

​

We do not charge VAT; we are not VAT registered.

​

Full payment is expected at time of the booking. Cancellations by the hirer will be refunded in whole or part at our discretion. Sometimes a returnable deposit will be required against breakages/damages. 

 

Cancellations by us will be limited to a refund of the hire fee paid only.
