Hire Charges - 2026

We prefer to discuss specific requirements with potential hirers. 

 

The rates below are indicative and are for a single hire by a non-local (i.e. non-Corsley) private (non-commercial) hirer.

​​Discounts are given to local (Corsley Parish) residents and organisations and to long-term/regular hirers.

​

​The below are indicative rates for non-Corsley, one-off, personal hires:

​​

• Whole building half day hire of (4 hours): £50

• Whole building all day hire (until 5:50pm): £90

• Whole building for evening (from 6pm): £90

• Whole building for day and evening: £150

• Whole building children's party (any 4 hours prior to 5:30): £50

• Small committee room half day or evening: £30

​​Times booked are to include setup and clear up times. Half days are normally 9am or earlier until 1pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm but can be varied by prior agreement.

​

These rates include the use of kitchen facilities, but the intended use of the kitchen facilities should be agreed at the time of booking.

​

The rates include electricity and wifi usage.

​

Additional charges may be made for use of some facilities e.g., our (alcohol) licence, personal liability insurance, bouncy castle insurance, etc. 

​

Rates for commercial organisations may be higher.

​

We do not charge VAT; we are not VAT registered.

​

Full payment is expected at time of the booking. Cancellations by the hirer will be refunded in whole or part at our discretion. Sometimes a returnable deposit will be required against breakages/damages. 

 

Cancellations by us will be limited to a refund of the hire fee paid only.
