Hire Cost Guidance - 2024
We prefer to discuss specific requirements with potential hirers.
The rates below are indicative and are for a single hire by a non local (i.e. non-Corsley) private (non-commercial) hirer.
Discounts are given to local (Corsley Parish) residents/ organisations and to long term/ regular hirers.
The below are indicative rates for non-Corsley one off personal hires:
Half day hire of whole building (4 hours) £40
All day hire of whole building (until 6pm) £70
Whole building for evening £70
Children’s parties (daytime –any 4 hours) £40
A small committee room is also available in the above rates or may be hired on its own if that is all that is required with minimum charge for single event £20 for up to 3 hours.
Times booked/ contracted are to include setup and clear up times.
Additional charges may be made for use of some facilities e.g. our (alcohol) licence, personal liability Bouncy Castle insurance (£10).
Rates for commercial organisations are higher.
We do not charge VAT; we are not VAT registered.
Normally full payment is expected at time of the booking. Cancellations by the hirer will be refunded in whole or part at our discretion. Sometimes a returnable deposit will be required against breakages/ damages. Cancellations by us will be limited to a refund of the hire fee paid only.
